The Peasant & The Pear is one of Danville’s best known fine dining restaurants. Sylvia and I have eaten here many times and the décor has changed a little over the years but the ambiance remains the same, as well it should. Spring is in the air and with the warmer sunnier days ahead, our thoughts turn to al fresco dining. The Peasant’s Courtyard immediately comes to mind as one of the most appealing dining patios in the area.
